Wytonia is a ten-acre absolute beachfront property comprised of a variety of accommodation options. The main building, Wytonia, is an architect-designed beachfront property containing two beachfront studios, a penthouse suite and The Cabana.
On the grounds of Wytonia, there are also two separate cottages, namely Amhurst, a one-bedroom beachfront cottage and Sheoaks, a two-bedroom two-bathroom cottage with charming rural views.
From the moment you enter Wytonia, you will be impressed by the timeless style, the serenity and the magnificent views of the spectacular Southern Ocean. All suites in Wytonia offer floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sea with their own decks whilst The Cabana has a delightful private grassed courtyard with limited sea glimpses from the kitchenette. Amhurst also boasts marvellous ocean views and Sheoaks offers a tranquil atmosphere with large wraparound decking nestled close to a stand of Sheoak trees.
The beach offers lagoons and rock pools to explore along with a myriad of small sandy bays stretching for kilometres to the west of the property, great diving opportunities, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, with native flora, fauna and birdlife.
