It is key to remember that a lot of businesses have not been operating at all, or are operating within restrictive guidelines and are continuing to learn how best to adapt and operate. Additional processes are in place including recording your details, extra cleaning and social distancing so please be patient and support the staff trying to monitor and manage these processes. They are for all our safety. Be mindful and manage your expectations – allow staff to do their job and assist you in having a great and safe experience.
Our region has many fabulous small towns and communities who are keen to welcome visitors back, however we are also conscious that this does create some fear and concern. These concerns stem from the small local health services simply not having the capacity to manage a local outbreak. Please consider your behaviour and how you can demonstrate that you are supporting social distancing and additional hygiene. It is a delicate balance as many of the businesses heavily depend on visitors like you to survive.
As we have been under lockdown, nature has begun to reclaim its space and flourish in our absence. Please be careful not to disturb any animals or wildlife that you come across. Please help us keep our wildlife wild and do not feed the birds and animals.
